How much does it cost to rent a porta potty in New Braunfels?
A standard unit for a weekend event usually runs about $125–$200 including delivery and pickup. Construction rentals are billed monthly, typically $150–$250 with weekly servicing included. Deluxe flushing units and ADA-accessible units cost more, and restroom trailers start at several hundred dollars per day. Every quote we give is all-in — no delivery fee or fuel surcharge added later.
How far in advance should I book?
For a typical weekend or a construction start, a few days is usually plenty and same-day delivery is often available. Festival weekends and peak wedding season are the exception — inventory across the area books out, so reserve two to four weeks ahead if your date falls in one. Booking early also keeps pricing standard rather than subject to whatever is left.
How often are units serviced?
Weekly servicing is standard and it is included in the rental price, not billed as an add-on. A service visit means pumping the tank, restocking paper and sanitizer, and cleaning the interior. High-traffic events or large crews sometimes need mid-week or mid-event service, which adds a visit to the quote.
How many porta potties do I need for my event?
Plan roughly one unit per 50–75 guests for events running up to five hours. Add capacity if you are serving alcohol, since that meaningfully increases restroom traffic. For all-day festivals or anything over 200 guests, tell us the schedule and we will size it properly rather than guessing.
How many units does a construction site need?
The working rule is one unit per 10 workers on a standard 40-hour week. Crews that fluctuate, sites spread across a large footprint, or multi-story work usually need more than the arithmetic suggests. Tell us the crew size and site layout and we will get the count right the first time.
Do you deliver to Canyon Lake and Seguin?
Yes — New Braunfels, Gruene, Seguin, Canyon Lake, Schertz, and Cibolo are all inside our core service area with standard delivery. We also cover Bulverde and the surrounding Hill Country. Remote sites or difficult placement can affect the quote, so mention it up front and there will be no surprises.
Can I rent for just one day or weekend?
Absolutely. Weekend event rentals are priced per event rather than forced into a monthly minimum. The unit is delivered before your event and picked up promptly after, and delivery and pickup are already in the price.
What's included in the rental price?
Delivery, placement, scheduled servicing, supplies, and pickup are all included in the number we quote you. That covers toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and the deodorizer that actually does the work. There is no separate environmental fee or fuel surcharge appearing on the invoice later.
Do you offer ADA-accessible units?
Yes. ADA-accessible units are wheelchair-friendly with a ground-level entry, wide door, and interior grab bars, and they typically run $150–$275 depending on duration. Public events generally need at least one, and many venues require it. Ask when you call and we will include one in the count.
What's the difference between a standard unit and a restroom trailer?
A standard unit is a single self-contained portable toilet — practical, and the right call for job sites and most casual events. A restroom trailer is a climate-controlled multi-stall unit with flushing toilets, running-water sinks, lighting, and interior finishes closer to an indoor bathroom. Trailers need a reasonably level spot and access to power, and they are the usual choice for weddings and corporate events.
Where should the unit be placed on my property or site?
It needs firm, reasonably level ground our truck can reach — soft ground and locked gates are the two things that most often complicate a delivery. Keep it accessible for the service truck to return each week, and for events, place it near enough to be convenient but far enough to be discreet. Tell us about tight backyards or gate codes when you book and we will plan around them.
Do porta potties smell?
A properly serviced unit does not, and that comes down to service schedule rather than luck. Weekly pumping with fresh deodorizer keeps odor under control, and a unit placed in shade rather than direct Texas sun stays noticeably better. Units that smell are almost always units that were not serviced on schedule.
